Thanksgiving Celebrations at St. George's

Happy Thanksgiving from St George's! Our Thanksgiving celebration was filled with excitement, laughter, and creativity as the children gathered to celebrate the season of gratitude.

The day began with a festive, colorful classroom decorated with turkeys, leaves, and crafts depicting what each child was thankful for. The children proudly wore hand-made turkey crowns and set the table for a mini "feast" of "Friendship Fruit Salad," rolls, and more. Our pre-K Frogs Class helped cut fruit for their fruit salad and took turns mixing muffin dough, incorporating hands-on learning with the ideals of friendship, sharing, and gratitude.

Before the celebration ended, each child shared one thing they were thankful for, from family and friends to favorite toys and pets. The afternoon wrapped up with big smiles, and everyone feeling grateful for the love and community they experienced during their Thanksgiving celebration.
